All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a simplified, transparent delivery rate across all of Jordan:

2 JD Standard Delivery for all orders under 40 JD
Free Delivery for orders above 40 JD

These rates apply to standard delivery unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., in cases of special handling, oversized items, or specific delivery agreements).

Delivery time ranges from a few hours to up to 3 business days, depending on location and order volume. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with updates. Please note that shipments doesnt have trackable number, but you can always reach out to our team through our contact channels for support.
